Stay on top of what’s happening in your account without digging around. The notification center lives in the top bar of your dashboard and has two tabs: Exports and Product updates.

Use Exports to track and download any reports or data you’ve generated. When your file is ready, we’ll notify you so you can grab it straight from there. Use Product updates to stay in the loop on everything new we’re shipping. New features, improvements, updates, you’ll see them here as they go live.

We’ve introduced the ability for you to define Expense reviewers in your workflows to approve or reject expenses, to give you more control over your spend. You can assign managers, project leads, or department heads to approve or reject their team’s expenses.

You can assign one or more reviewers to any card, and reviewers get a clear view of their team’s expenses requiring their input.

We’ve added a dedicated Security center to your dashboard. This central hub allows you to manage your trusted devices to keep your account safe.

A trusted device is the Mamo app on your mobile phone. When you log in from the app on your phone, you’ll be asked if you trust this device. Make sure you add at least one trusted device so you can authorize important actions like issuing a new card, inviting a user or spending on your Mamo card.

You can now top up your AED payments account directly via bank transfer, not just your debit card balance. This gives you more flexibility over where your funds land when you transfer money in.

When submitting a top up, specify the amount and upload your proof of transfer. This helps our team verify and process it faster so your balance is ready when you need it.

If your team uses Odoo for accounting, you can now connect it directly from your Accounting setup in the dashboard. Once connected, sync your expenses straight to Odoo whenever you're ready, no manual exports, no extra steps.
