Hello 👋 Need help understanding what this payment is for?
If your bank SMS or statement shows mamopay.com/charges, it means you’ve purchased something from a business that uses Mamo to process their payments.
What is Mamo?
We are a payment service provider, partnering with thousands of businesses to help them accept payments for their products and services for businesses. We don't sell any products on our website.
If you’re seeing this, it means you purchased something from a business that uses Mamo's services.
Why did Mamo charge me?
Mamo appears in your statement because we are the payment processor for the business where you made the purchase from. Banks format transaction alerts differently. In many cases, only the payment processor’s name appears.
You may see something like:
mamopay.com/charges
How can I trace the payment I’ve made?
To help you recognize the payment, we recommend:
- Checking your email for a receipt or payment confirmation from Mamo
- Matching the date and amount with a recent purchase you made
- Reviewing any subscriptions or bookings you may have made recently
In most cases, the payment relates to a legitimate transaction that simply appears under a different name.
I recognize the payment but want a refund.
Mamo cannot initiate refunds on behalf of businesses.
To return or cancel an order or subscription, or to request a refund, please contact the business directly.
I do not recognize the payment or can’t reach the business.
If you're still unable to confirm the payment or having trouble getting in touch with the business, reach out to our Support team to help investigate the issue.
